Giscoverer
Giscoverer adds advanced content management features to spatial data and maps. It provides a method for online communities to creating, publishing and controlling access to maps and collaborating in a secured and Web2.0 environment.
It implements an felxible and powerfull security framework that allows data publishers to control GIS data access on a map server, map layer or field level security. The security system implements a group based, user based and action based model.
Giscoverer builds on the open source foundation of Zope, Plone and CoGIS - the Collaborative GIS that provides the content management and metadata capabilities offered by Giscoverer.
